What will you do?
As a Night Expedition Employee, you prepare customer orders for shipment. You check products, place incoming goods on the correct route and make sure everything is accurate before it goes into the truck. You work precisely and enjoy getting things done. Thanks to your pace and focus, our drivers can leave on time. You work at our delivery service location in Amsterdam Westpoort, where dozens of trucks depart every night to supply restaurants, healthcare facilities and many other customers. You work fixed night shifts: Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Friday from 21:00 to 07:00.

What are your responsibilities?
You check collected products for quantity and quality and process incoming fresh goods. You sort, scan and place orders on the correct route. You identify deviations and take immediate action. You hand over orders to the driver using a handheld device. You work with tight deadlines and ensure all routes are ready on time. You can choose to work 3 nights per week (27 hours) or a 4‑week schedule of 36 hours, with three weeks of night shifts and one week of day or evening shifts. This way, you contribute directly to a smooth logistics process and satisfied customers.

What you bring
You enjoy physical and varied work and like to take action. You work accurately and enjoy meeting deadlines together with your team. You can switch easily between tasks and stay calm when it gets busy. Experience in logistics is welcome but not required. You are eager to learn the job and develop yourself within Sligro. You feel responsible for handling orders neatly and correctly.
