What will you do?

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will manage a team of Dispatch Employees within our Delivery Service in Breda. You will work night shifts and ensure that all orders are picked accurately. You will walk the floor, maintain oversight, and quickly identify what needs to be done. You support your team, resolve issues, and make sure everyone knows their tasks. You are visible on the floor, approachable, and keep operations running smoothly. This way, you ensure every order is ready on time for our customers.

What are your responsibilities?

You monitor the quality of the logistics process and ensure productivity remains at the required level. You provide coaching leadership to a team of Full-time employees and temporary staff, ensuring everyone works safely and according to HACCP guidelines. You handle administrative processes, including sick leave and recovery reporting, and identify areas for improvement. You solve problems quickly and maintain a clean and safe working environment. At the end of your shift, you carefully hand over the work to your fellow Team Leader.

• Wednesday, 21:00 – 07:00
• Thursday, 21:00 – 07:00
• Friday, 21:00 – 07:00

What do you bring?

You have experience with logistics processes and enjoy leading a team. You are comfortable working night shifts and maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods. You communicate easily, recognize what needs to be done, and act quickly to resolve issues. You work accurately, prioritize safety, and value smooth processes. You are engaged with your team and know how to motivate people in a positive way.
