What will you do?

In this role, you'll welcome suppliers and receive incoming non-food goods on a daily basis. You'll operate the entrance barriers, greet drivers in a friendly but controlled manner and verify their deliveries. You'll check supplier documentation, register orders in AS/400 and process delivery notes.

You'll oversee the entire receiving process and ensure all goods are processed accurately in the administration. You'll monitor access to the distribution centre, identify any irregularities and make sure everyone follows the required safety procedures. Together with your team, you'll ensure a safe, organized and efficient goods receiving operation.

What are your responsibilities?

You'll be responsible for the complete goods receiving process. You'll inspect incoming goods, record any discrepancies and ensure everything is processed correctly. You'll assign loading docks and actively manage the flow of deliveries so drivers are assisted quickly. You'll manage access points, support Food Defence procedures and help maintain a safe working environment. You'll also handle administrative tasks, prepare work for the next day and work closely with three colleagues to keep the process running smoothly.

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 5:15 AM – 1:30 PM

What do you bring?

You work accurately, even during busy periods, and enjoy interacting with drivers and colleagues. You have experience in logistics or are eager to learn. You communicate confidently in Dutch and preferably also in English or German. You enjoy working in a small team and take responsibility for maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
