What will you do?

Every day, you'll pick orders for our Sligro branches. You'll work with a fully automated order picking system, using a handheld scanner and an electronic picking trolley to collect products. The terminal on your trolley shows exactly which items to pick. You'll collect orders for multiple branches at the same time and place the completed trolleys on the correct dispatch route. You'll keep your work area tidy and report any out-of-stock products. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure every order is complete and ready for dispatch on time.

What are your responsibilities?

You'll be responsible for accurately picking orders using modern equipment. You'll help maintain the quality of the process, identify missing products and keep the department clean and well organized. You'll work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, ensuring our branches receive exactly what they ordered. You'll contribute to a smooth logistics operation and work closely with your colleagues to complete all orders on time.

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 5:15 AM – 1:30 PM

What we offer

✅ A maximum gross monthly salary of €2,444.52, in accordance with the GIL Collective Labour Agreement (CAO), plus shift allowances for evening work and working in chilled or freezer areas.
✅ 25 vacation days based on full-time employment.
✅ An initial 8-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

What do you bring?

You have a positive attitude and enjoy physical work. You work accurately and stay organized, even during busy periods. Experience in logistics is an advantage but not required. You're comfortable performing physically demanding tasks and speak either Dutch or English. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in getting the job done accurately and on time.
