What if you prefer a logistics job at our delivery service location in Vianen?

The delivery service locations are a step further along in the process and closer to the end customers. In addition to products destined for our customers, returns and packaging arrive here. The latter are unloaded first from our trucks so that the vehicles can move on to load and deliver new orders. Deliveries arrive at these locations both from the CDC and also directly from suppliers. Most of our colleagues work during the day in a fixed time window, but we also have an evening shift in the warehouse and the work in the shipping department also continues at night. Because we want to be able to deliver to our customers on time and as agreed every day.

Varied and interesting work for people with an affinity for logistics

As a logistics employee in Vianen, you work at one of our delivery service locations (10 in total in the Netherlands) in a variety of positions: as an Order Picker, as a Reach Truck Driver, in goods receiving or in the shipping department. Our logistical processes are automated. That means working with a hand scanner linked to our inventory and order management system. This, in turn, is linked to a tablet on the materials handling equipment that, depending on your position, you use to unload the trucks and transport the pallets through our warehouse to storage locations, collect together orders or load products onto the trucks. So you know exactly where to go and you can also check that everything is complete at every stage of the logistics process.
