Truck driver C - Amsterdam

Your workday as a truck driver C

✅ Your day starts between 05:00h and 07:00h with a good cup of coffee or tea. After that, you collect your route documents at the drivers’ desk;

✅ At the dock of the distribution centre, you load the roll containers for your first delivery addresses (possibly together with your co-driver) and start your (fixed) route in Amsterdam city centre or other nearby cities;

✅ You collect return goods (deposit items) at customer locations and unload them again upon return;

✅ After a lunch break and catching up with colleagues, you load and unload your second run of the day, finishing your workday around 14:00h (sometimes 16:00h);

✅ You carefully keep track of your trip administration in the PDA.

What do you earn?

✅ A full-time gross monthly salary in pay scale D5 (up to €3,385) or D6 (up to €3,520), excluding allowances, depending on your experience;

✅ Additional pay through overtime or weekend allowances (130% and 150%);

✅ Travel allowance, a good pension scheme and discounts on insurances;

✅ As a full-time employee: 24 vacation days + 3.5 ATV days;

✅ Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit, and vegetables in our canteen.

This is you

✅ C driving licence + valid Code 95;

✅ Experience as a truck driver in foodservice is a plus;

✅ Excellent command of the Dutch and/or English language;

✅ Customer-oriented, communicative, committed, and delivers well-organised work;

✅ Not afraid of doing physically demanding work.
