Het logistiek proces bij onze Bezorgservice begint bij jou! Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle binnenkomende producten hun plek krijgen in ons magazijn. Als jij van lekker afwisselend werk houdt in een gezellige sfeer, dan is dit de baan voor jou!

Vanuit onze Bezorgservice in Vianen bezorgen we iedere dag allerlei bestellingen bij onze klanten. Om ervoor te zorgen dat we voldoende voorraad houden komen er de hele dag door vrachtwagens met artikelen binnen. Van pallets vol kratten frisdrank en fusten bier tot pallets met gemengde producten, inclusief gekoelde en diepvriesproducten. Onze Logistiek Medewerkers Goederenontvangst zorgen ervoor dat al deze artikelen hun plek krijgen in ons magazijn.  

Met elkaar zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt

Samen met de chauffeurs los je de vrachtwagens. Je verwerkt de binnengekomen artikelen op de juiste manier in onze elektronische systemen. Daarna zorg je ervoor dat al deze producten op de juiste plek in ons magazijn terechtkomen. Het is bij de goederenontvangst de ene dag drukker dan de andere. Als jouw werk klaar is en je ziet dat je collega’s op andere afdelingen het druk hebben, dan spring je daar even bij.

Concreet zijn je belangrijkste taken:

• scannen, controleren en registreren van de inkomende producten op aantallen, houdbaarheidsdatum en eventuele breuk. Bij afwijkingen onderneem je de benodigde vervolgacties;
• volle pallets voorzien van de juiste labels, zodat de Reachtruckchauffeurs ze meteen weg kunnen rijden;
• gemengde pallets scan je per artikel, waarbij je checkt of alles ook echt is binnengekomen. Daarna verdeel je de inhoud over andere pallets, zodat deze naar het magazijn kunnen;
• in de juiste schappen inruimen van de binnengekomen artikelen met behulp van een elektronische (pallet)truck en terminal;
• sorteren en opruimen van verpakkingsmaterialen.

Daarnaast bieden we je:

• een prima salaris conform CAO en een reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 11 kilometer enkele reis. Je krijgt een koel- of vriestoeslag als je in geconditioneerde ruimtes werkt;
• in eerste instantie een contract voor 8 maanden dat, wanneer beide partijen tevreden zijn, wordt omgezet in een vast dienstverband;
• 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime (36 uur) dienstverband;

Je houdt van aanpakken en blijft altijd nauwkeurig werken

De vrachtwagens met producten komen vaak in een korte tijd achter elkaar binnen. Dat kan best hectisch zijn. Ook dan is het belangrijk dat je met aandacht je werk doet. Omdat sommige pallets moeten worden verdeeld over andere pallets ben je in staat fysiek zwaardere werkzaamheden te verrichten. Als je ook de volgende punten kunt afvinken, horen we graag van je:

• je vooropleiding vinden we niet zo belangrijk. Wel zien we graag dat je ervaring hebt met het werken in de logistiek;
• als je al een reachtruckcertificaat hebt is dat fijn, maar je kunt dit ook bij ons halen;
• je spreekt voldoende Nederlands en/of Engels.

We deliver our products to all of our branches from our Delivery Service in Vianen. From coffee beans to energy drinks, and from chips to crates of soft drinks. 
The logistics process at our Delivery Service starts with you. You ensure all incoming products find their place in our warehouse. If you like varied work in a pleasant atmosphere then this is the job for you.

We deliver all kinds of orders to our customers from our Delivery Service in Vianen every day. To ensure we keep sufficient stock, trucks with items are arriving all day long. From pallets full of crates of soft drinks and beer barrels, to pallets with mixed products, including chilled and frozen products. Our Logistics Employees Goods Receipt ensure all these items find their place in our warehouse.  

Working as part of a team, you ensure everything runs smoothly

You work with the drivers to unload the trucks. You process the incoming articles correctly in our electronic systems. You then ensure all the products end up in the correct place in our warehouse. The Goods Receipt Department is busier on some days than others. When your work is done, and you can see how busy your colleagues in other departments are, you jump in to help them.

In concrete terms, your main tasks are:

• scanning, checking and registering incoming products for quantities, expiry dates and any breakages. Taking the necessary follow-up actions in case of deviations;

• putting the correct labels on the full pallets so the reach truck drivers can drive them away immediately;

• you scan the items in mixed pallets and check whether everything has actually arrived. You then distribute the contents onto other pallets so they can go to the warehouse;

• placing incoming items on the correct shelves using an electronic (pallet) truck and terminal;

• sorting and clearing away packaging materials.

The full trucks often arrive one after the other in a short period of time. This can cause things to get quite hectic. Even so, you must do your work attentively. And because some pallets may need to be distributed over other pallets, you must be able to perform physically demanding work.

• It would be great if you already have a reach truck certificate, but we can also help you get one;

• you work accurately;

• you have sufficient command of the Dutch or English language.
